Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the xz999 platform available at xz999.io (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "xz999", "we", or "us"), you (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the User", or "the Player") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and xz999 with respect to your use of the Platform. If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Eligibility

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the xz999 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active xz999 account at any time. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where xz999 identifies duplicate accounts attributable to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and bonus balances forfeited. The primary account may also be subject to review.

3.3 KYC Verification

xz999 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing the first withdrawal. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process:

• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days)

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

xz999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xz999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered on the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳500. Maximum single deposit amounts vary by payment method and account verification tier. xz999 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification. Standard processing time for verified accounts is 15 to 60 minutes to mobile banking accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. VIP account holders benefit from priority processing. xz999 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is permitted, to satisfy anti-money-laundering obligations. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Activities deemed to constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: claiming bonuses via multiple accounts, using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets to neutralise risk while meeting wagering thresholds, and coordinating bonus exploitation with other players. Where bonus abuse is identified, xz999 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close associated accounts, and permanently ban the relevant players from future promotions.

Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Game Integrity

All xz999 casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, Plinko, and Win Drop, are operated by certified game providers and use independently verified random number generators (RNGs) or live-dealer mechanics. xz999 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once the game round is completed and confirmed by the system.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

In the event of a dispute regarding a market outcome, xz999's decision — made by reference to the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL, FIFA) — is final.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round or bet, xz999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagered amounts to players' accounts. xz999 is not liable for any losses claimed to result from a malfunction or connectivity interruption. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when playing live casino games or placing in-play bets.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of play. xz999 reserves the right to impose individual stake restrictions on any account where unusual betting patterns are detected, without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xz999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification

• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transactions in breach of applicable anti-money-laundering legislation
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any xz999 software or game
• Publishing, distributing, or reproducing xz999 content without express written permission
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing xz999 staff or other players through any communication channel

Account Suspension & Closure

xz999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requiring account closure
• Sustained dormancy — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive and may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100, applied to the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated

Upon account closure for reasons of player breach, xz999 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account beyond the confirmed real-money balance (i.e., excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings). xz999 will return verified real-money deposits to the original funding source within a reasonable timeframe where legally required to do so.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xz999 Platform — including but not limited to the xz999 brand name, logo, domain, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of xz999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

xz999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xz999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
